This notice covers equipment quotation requests and staff sign-in. LABTRADERS, INC. is responsible for handling this information.
Information in a quotation request
We collect the name, company and email address you provide, your selected equipment and quantities, and your consent to use these details to respond to your request. You may also provide a phone number and requirements in the message field. Do not include passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal information in your message.
We record a request identifier, receipt time, product information at submission, catalog revision, consent version, request status and office follow-up notes. We use this information to review your equipment requirements, contact you about your inquiry and prepare the next steps for a quotation.
Access and service providers
The website inquiry inbox is restricted to the designated LABTRADERS inquiry owners. Information is stored using Google Cloud services; the website inquiry database is located in Singapore. Google Workspace authenticates approved staff accounts. Staff membership and permissions are checked by the website.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. Automated email notifications are currently disabled. Keep the receipt reference shown after a successful submission.
Browser storage and security records
Your equipment basket is saved in this browser. Contact details and the request message are not saved in browser storage. An opaque pending-request identifier may be saved so the website can recover an acknowledgement after you close or reload a page.
A secure, HttpOnly cookie containing a random browser identifier lasts up to 30 days. It supports duplicate-safe retries and request limits; it does not identify you as a verified customer. Staff sign-in uses secure, HttpOnly cookies containing random application session identifiers, valid for at most one hour and revoked on sign-out. Google identity assertions are verified at sign-in and are not stored as session records. Google’s sign-in service is loaded on the relevant sign-in page. Hosting providers may process technical access and security logs.
Abuse protection
Public quotation requests use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise when configured. Google may process browser and device signals to assess automated requests. This website protection is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If the security check is unavailable or rejects a request, use the published LABTRADERS contact details.
Retention
LABTRADERS' policy is to retain website quotation inquiries for five years. Inquiry records are held in our Supabase database in Singapore. Google Cloud hosts this website and stores independent backup copies, which follow their separate approved backup-retention periods. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the form. The required name, company, email, equipment selection and consent allow us to handle a website quotation request; without them, use our published contact details to discuss another way to reach us.
For questions about your information, requests to access or correct it, objections, withdrawal of consent or requests for erasure or blocking where applicable, contact info@labtraders.com.ph. Include your request reference if available. LABTRADERS may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
